Arrival Window: Please note that all appointments have a 2-hour arrival window from the time of the appointment. (e.g., a 1:00 PM appointment indicates a 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM arrival). Before Your Carpet Cleaning Appointment! To help ensure the best possible cleaning and allow our technician to work efficiently, please complete the following before your scheduled appointment: * Remove personal belongings and other items from the carpets, rugs, upholstery, or other areas/items that are scheduled to be cleaned, as much as reasonably possible. * Thoroughly vacuum all carpets, rugs, and other items scheduled for cleaning before the technician arrives. Having the areas properly prepared allows our technician to focus on the cleaning itself and helps provide the best possible results.
